Delivery Location

Orders will be delivered to the customer's address provided during checkout.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days for quality inspection

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days after processing

Shipping Details

We currently ship only within Australia.
From the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep, delivery typically takes 8 to 13 business days, including processing and transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 17:00 AEST (Monday to Sunday) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
