Return Policy

At Kairiss, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must not be sent without prior approval. We will provide the return address after reviewing your request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kairiss.com, and we’ll resolve the issue. We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Final sale items

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the original item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@kairiss.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not reimburse return postage, and we do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
